Subscription History tab

The Subscription History tab shows the history of your subscriptions. The trial period is its own row in the table, with the Free Trial plan.

The history of the subscriptions

Columns¶

The table contains these columns:

Column	Contents
Status	Condition of the subscription as a coloured mark
Package	Name of the plan: Free Trial, Captcha Starter, or Captcha Growth
Price	Amount with the currency and the period, for example `EUR 4.90 per month`. An annual plan has the `per year` text.
Start date	Start of the subscription in the DD.MM.YYYY format
End date	End of the current period in the DD.MM.YYYY format
Next billing	Time of the next billing
Options	Buttons for the entry

The Status column has these marks:

Mark	Meaning
Active	The subscription is in operation.
Committed	You booked a plan during the trial period. The plan starts after the end of the trial period.
Cancelled	You cancelled the subscription.
Expired	The subscription ended.

The Next billing column shows these values:

Value	Meaning
`-`	Row of the trial period
`Activates 13.06.2026`	The plan that was booked starts on this date.
`Ends 19.09.2026`	The cancelled subscription continues until this date.
`Subscription cancelled`	The cancelled subscription ended.
`19.09.2026`	Date of the next billing

The Options column contains these buttons, related to the condition of the entry:

Button	Row	Effect
Explore Plans	Row of the trial period	Opens the Plans tab.
Cancel commitment	Committed status	Opens the Cancel commitment dialog.
Manage	Subscription in operation	Opens the customer portal of the payment service provider. There you manage the payment data and the invoices.
Cancel	Subscription in operation with an open billing	Opens the Cancel subscription dialog.
