Two sitekeys for the same domain¶

More than one sitekey exists for one domain.

Cause¶

One sitekey for each domain is intended. But the system does not examine that the domain is unique. The defect is recorded. A correction is planned.

Sitekey List area

► Open the Sitekey List area and use the search field to find the domain. See Sitekey List area.
► Find which sitekey is embedded in your website. The value is given in the data-sitekey attribute of the widget element.
► Delete the other sitekeys. See Deleting a sitekey.

Warning

Do not delete a sitekey that is still embedded. If you do, the widget does not get a valid token.
