Deleting a sitekey

A sitekey that was deleted does not protect its domain any more. Delete a sitekey only after you removed the widget from the related website.

The following requirements must be met:

• ☑ You have the Write access tier for the sitekey.
• ☑ The widget is removed from the protected website, or the website is not in operation any more.

Proceed as follows to delete a sitekey:

• ► Open the Dashboard view and go to the Sitekey List area.
• ► In the row of the sitekey, click on the action for the deletion in the Options column.
• ↳ The Delete Sitekey? dialog is shown.

• ► Click on the Delete button.
• ➔ The system deletes the sitekey. The entry is removed from the list.

Warning

After the deletion, the widget refuses the sitekey. Forms that still use the key do not get a valid token.

To stop the operation, click on the Cancel button in the dialog.
