The cause of a block is not visible¶

The interface and the API do not tell why a request was blocked.

Cause¶

The causes of a block are not given intentionally. A person who knows the detection logic can bypass it.

Challenges view

► In the Challenges view, examine the characteristics of the blocked requests. Give special attention to the ASN, Country Code, and User Agent columns. See Challenges view.
► If legitimate visitors are blocked regularly, speak to the support.
