Cause

The API of Myra EU CAPTCHA is temporarily not reachable.

Behaviour

In this case, the widget lets the requests through. The forms stay available to visitors. The protection is not effective.

Solution

• ► Examine if your server reaches the cdn.eu-captcha.eu and api.eu-captcha.eu addresses.
• ► Examine the rules of your firewall for outgoing connections.
• ► If the addresses are reachable and the error continues, speak to the support.
