The login with a passkey fails

During the creation of a passkey, the portal shows Request failed with status 400. The login with an existing passkey fails.

Cause

A known defect in the processing of the passkey. The defect is recorded and is not corrected yet.

Solution

  • ► Log in with the e-mail address and the password. See Log in.

As an alternative, these methods are available:

  • login with Google
  • login with Apple, not on Android devices
  • login with GitHub
  • login with SAML and SSO, if your organization has set up SAML. See Set up SAML.
