The login with a passkey fails

During the login or during the creation of a passkey, the portal shows Invalid attestation object. Unexpected object.

Cause

A known defect in the processing of the passkey. The defect is recorded and is not corrected yet.

Solution

• ► Log in with the e-mail address and the password. See Log in.

• login with GitHub
• login with Okta
• login with SAML and SSO. See Set up SAML.
