Permissions
Sitekey permissions let you share access to a sitekey with other EU CAPTCHA users, for example team members or contractors who need to view statistics or manage the integration.
Permission levels
| Level | Can view sitekey | Can view stats | Can edit config | Can manage permissions | Can delete sitekey |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Owner | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Write | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | — | — |
| Read | ✓ | ✓ | — | — | — |
The user who created the sitekey is always the Owner and cannot be demoted or removed.
Viewing permissions
Go to the Dashboard, find the sitekey in the list, click Details/HowTo, then open the Permissions tab. The table shows all users who have been granted access, along with their email, name, and permission level.

Granting access
- Open the Permissions tab of the sitekey.
- Enter the email address of the EU CAPTCHA user you want to invite.
- Select the permission level (Write or Read).
- Click Grant Access.
The user immediately gains access. They see the sitekey in their own dashboard.
The user must already have a registered EU CAPTCHA account. Invitations to unregistered emails are not supported.
Changing a permission level
Click the permission level shown in the user's row. A confirmation dialog appears — confirm to toggle the permission between Read and Write.
Revoking access
Click the Remove (trash) icon next to the user's entry. A confirmation dialog appears — confirm to revoke the user's access to the sitekey.
