Account Registration

Creating an account

Go to the EU CAPTCHA registration page. You can register with a social provider (one click) or with an email and password.

Option A — Social login

Click one of the provider buttons on the registration page:

  • Sign up with Google
  • Sign up with GitHub
  • Sign up with Apple

You are redirected to the provider's authentication page. After authorising, your EU CAPTCHA account is created and you are logged in automatically. No separate email verification step is needed.

Button order adapts to your device

Apple devices show Apple Sign In at the top. Android devices show Google and GitHub only (Apple Sign In is omitted as it is unreliable on Android). All other devices show Google, GitHub, and Apple.

Passkeys are for login only

Passkeys cannot be used to create a new account. You can register a passkey after registration from your account security settings and then use it to log in.

Option B — Email registration

Fill in the registration form:

The form is split into two steps. First enter your email and click Continue (the system checks whether the address is already registered). Then complete your details:

Click Create Account.

Email verification

After submitting the form you are taken to the Verify your email page.

  1. Check your inbox for an email with a 6-digit verification code. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code in the Verification code field.
  3. Click Verify & Continue.

If the code expires or you did not receive it, click Resend code to request a new one.

Once verified, you are logged in and redirected to the dashboard.

After registration

Once your account is active:

  1. Create your first sitekey — the dashboard prompts you to create a sitekey for your first website. See Creating a Sitekey.
  2. Integrate EU CAPTCHA — follow the Quick Start Guide or the HTML Integration page.
  3. Strengthen your account security — consider enabling Two-Factor Authentication or registering a Passkey.

Password reset

If you forget your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address and submit.
  3. Open the password reset email and follow the link.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.
