Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is the central hub for managing your EU CAPTCHA integration. After logging in you land here by default.

Layout

The dashboard is divided into three areas:

  • Sitekey selector (top) — switch between your sitekeys to filter all statistics to a specific site, or view aggregate data across all sitekeys
  • Statistics cards (middle) — aggregate counts over the last 30 days
  • Graphs (bottom) — daily trend charts for the last 14 days, for all sitekeys combined or filtered to the selected sitekey

Statistics cards

Card Description
Blocked Number of requests blocked as bots or suspicious traffic
Verified Number of requests that passed the challenge successfully
Challenges served Total number of challenges issued to visitors
Challenges solved Number of challenges completed by visitors
Block rate Percentage of total requests that were blocked

All figures cover the last 30 days. When a specific sitekey is selected in the dropdown, figures are filtered to that sitekey; otherwise they cover all your sitekeys combined.

Graphs

Dashboard graphs — block rate and challenges per day

Two charts are displayed below the statistics cards:

  • Challenges served — shows the daily volume of challenges issued over the last 14 days
  • Block rate — shows the daily percentage of blocked requests over the last 14 days

When a specific sitekey is selected in the dropdown, both charts are filtered to that sitekey. Otherwise they aggregate across all your sitekeys.

Sitekey list

Protect your website form

Above the sitekey list, the Protect your website form lets you add a new sitekey at any time:

Field Required Notes
Domain Hostname only, e.g. example.com — no https:// prefix
Label Optional display name for the sitekey

Click Create Sitekey to create the sitekey. See Creating a Sitekey for details.

Sitekey table

Below the statistics area, the dashboard lists all sitekeys you own or have been granted access to. The table shows:

Column Description
Label The sitekey label (or domain if no label is set); shared sitekeys also show a Read or Write access badge
Domain The domain the sitekey is registered for
Sitekey A truncated preview of the public sitekey UUID
Challenges (7 days) Number of challenges served by this sitekey over the last 7 days
Created on Date the sitekey was created

Each row has three action buttons:

  • Details/HowTo — opens the sitekey detail view (Details, Configuration, Integration, Permissions tabs)
  • Challenges — opens the recent challenges log for this sitekey
  • Delete — permanently deletes the sitekey (owners only; see Deleting a Sitekey)

Banners and first-time setup

The dashboard shows contextual banners depending on your account state.

First sitekey modal

When you log in for the first time with no sitekeys, a Protect your first website modal appears automatically. Enter your domain (hostname only, e.g. example.com) and click Create & set up — the sitekey is created and you are taken directly to the Integration tab. Alternatively, click Use a demo sitekey to create a demo sitekey without a real domain, so you can explore the dashboard and integration flow first.

Closing the modal (×) dismisses it and shows the recovery banner instead (see below).

Recovery banner

If you have dismissed the first-sitekey modal and still have no sitekeys, the dashboard shows the Protect your first website banner with an Add your first domain button. Clicking it reopens the first-sitekey modal.

Integration banner

Once you have a sitekey but EU CAPTCHA has not served any challenges yet, the dashboard shows a Complete your integration banner:

Your sitekey is ready, but EU CAPTCHA hasn't served any challenges yet. Follow the integration guide to add it to your project.

Click Go to integration guide to open the Integration tab for your first sitekey. The banner disappears automatically once the first challenge is recorded. See Creating a Sitekey.

The top navigation bar provides access to all sections of the application:
