Organization Management

Organizations allow multiple EU CAPTCHA users to work together under a shared account. This feature is intended for teams and enterprises.

What is an organization?

An organization groups multiple EU CAPTCHA user accounts. Members of an organization can:

  • Share sitekeys within the organization
  • Be managed by an organization administrator
  • Have access controlled centrally

Roles

Role Description
Organization Admin (ROLE_ORGANIZATION_ADMIN) Can manage organization members and their access
Member Regular user who belongs to the organization

Viewing your organization

If your account belongs to an organization, the organization name is displayed in your Account page under account details.

Managing organization members (admin only)

Organization administrators can access the Organization section in the navigation to:

  • View all members of the organization
  • Add new members by email
  • Remove members
  • Change member roles

Joining an organization

Contact your organization administrator to be added. They will invite you using your registered EU CAPTCHA email address.

Leaving an organization

Contact your organization administrator to be removed, or reach out to Myra Security support.

Setting up an organization

Organizations are created by Myra Security for enterprise customers. Contact support to set up an organization for your team.
