Upgrading or Downgrading
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Account → Plans.
- Review the available plans on the pricing page.
- Click Select on the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- You are redirected to the Stripe-hosted checkout page.
- Enter your payment details and confirm the purchase.
After successful payment you are redirected back to the dashboard and your new plan is active immediately.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. EU CAPTCHA does not store your payment card details. You will receive a receipt by email from Stripe.
Downgrading
To downgrade to a lower plan or switch from annual to monthly billing, contact support. Downgrades typically take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling a paid subscription
To cancel your subscription and return to the Free plan, contact support. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

A full history of your subscriptions and payments is available at Account → Subscription History.
