Account Settings
Go to Account in the navigation to manage your personal account settings.

Tabs

Editing your profile
In the Profile tab you can update:

Email address changes are not available self-service. Contact support if you need to change your login email.
Login history
The Logins tab shows a list of recent logins to your account, including:
- Login timestamp
- Login method (password, passkey, social)
- IP address
- Country, location, and autonomous system (AS) of the login
- Status (success / failure)
Use this to detect unexpected access to your account. If you see a login you do not recognise, change your password and review your security settings.
New location alerts
EU CAPTCHA automatically sends an email notification when your account is accessed from a location it has not seen before. The email includes the login timestamp and location so you can quickly identify whether the access was yours.
If you receive an alert for a login you did not make, change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication or a passkey to prevent further unauthorised access.

Deleting your account
Account deletion is self-service from the Delete Account tab.
Deleting your account will:
- Permanently delete your account and all personal information
- Remove all your sitekeys and associated captcha data
- Cancel any active subscriptions immediately
- Log you out — you will not be able to log back in
This action cannot be undone
Your account is deleted immediately and you are logged out. All sitekeys, captcha data, and subscription entitlements are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
To proceed:
- Go to Account → Delete Account.
- Click Delete Account Permanently.
- In the confirmation dialog, optionally enter a reason for leaving.
- Click Delete Account Permanently to confirm.
